The MCC Pioneers ran into a hot shooting Bismarck State Mystic squad and couldn't keep up the pace on Monday night in Bismarck, ND. Bismarck State shot 61% from the field and 50% from the 3-point line and put 6 players in double figures in the win. 

The first half was a back and forth affair but a late run by the Mystics gave them a 42-34 lead at the break. That lead swelled to as many as 24 points in the 2nd half as the Mystics hit 20-30 (67%) of their field goal attempts in the 2nd half. 

The Mystics were led by Hussein Elmaraghy (6'8 Freshman) off the bench with 24 points (11-14 FG, 2-2 3's) and 9 rebounds and Gavyn Strand (6'2 Sophomore) had 11 points (5-10 FG, 1-4 3's, 0-1 FT), 8 rebounds, and 5 assists off the bench. Raymond Brown (5'10 Freshman) netted 19 points (6-7 FG, 4-4 3's, 3-4 FT) and had 6 assists. Isaiah Davis (6'6 Sophomore) had 14 points (6-7 FG, 0-1 3's, 2-3 FT) and Kennez Bozeman (6'7 Freshman) added 11 points (5-11 FG, 1-2 3's). Garrett Bader (6'1 Sophomore) was also in double figures with 10 points (4-8 Fg, 1-3 3's, 1-2 FT). 

The Pioneers were led by Aguir Dawam (6'7 Sophomore) with 18 points (8-11 FG, 2-3 FT) and 3 steals. Ryder Lee (6'5 Freshman) had 15 points (6-9 FG, 1-2 3's, 2-3 FG) and 5 rebounds. Payton Kokot (6'3 Sophomore) helped out with 11 points (5-10 FG, 1-3 3's).
