Emily Kurkowski (5'9 Sophomore) put in 14 points (6-14 FG, 2-7 3's) as the Tetons jumped out to a 20-5 1st quarter lead and coasted to a 70-42 MonDak Conference win Thursday night in Williston, ND. 

Kurkowski was the only player on either team to reach double figures in scoring. All 13 Tetons that saw the court scored in the game. 

The Pioneers were led in scoring by India Blyth (Melbourne, Aus) with 9 points (3-12 FG, 3-7 3's). Jessica Tomkins (Melbourne, Australia) had a team high 12 rebounds. 

Williston State outrebounded the Pioneers 36-29. MCC had 19 turnovers and WSC had 13. 

MCC shot 15-54 (28%) from the field and 4-18 from 3-point range, while hitting 8-12 free throws. 

WSC shot 26-53 (49%) and 4-16 from 3-point range, while hitting 14-20 free throws. 

The Pioneers fell to 3-9 in MonDak play and 6-15 overall. They will travel to Lake Region State College for a 12:00 PM MST tipoff. WSC is now 9-3 in MonDak play and 12-6 overall.
