PIONEERS FALL TO MYSTICS

Miles City, MT - The Mystics of Bismarck State College traveled to Miles City to take on the Pioneers on Tuesday, September 11 in the Kailey Gymnasium.  The Pioneers started out strong, winning the first set, however, they couldn't finish it out and they ended up falling 1-3.  The set scores were as follows: 25-19, 14-25, 11-25, and 14-25.  

Tori Ogolin led the team in assists with 13.  Leah Agner had six kills on the night.  Samantha Bonenberger ended the evening with one ace.  Kailey Thomson led the team in digs with 19 and Briannah Quick had two blocks.  

"I saw potential in the first game," Coach Chase Soennichsen commented. "If we stick to our game plan, then great things will happen."

The Pioneers head to Wahpeton, ND on September 14 & 15 to play in the NDSCS tournament.
