Region XIII Baseball Playoffs Postponed a Day

Region XIII Baseball Playoffs Postponed a Day

The 2024 MonDak Conference Champion Miles Community College Pioneers will host the Region XIII Baseball Playoffs on Saturday and Sunday at Connors Stadium in Miles City, MT. The playoffs have been pushed back a day due to the heavy amounts of rain received in Miles City over the past 2 days. The field crew felt like it would need an extra day to prep the field to keep it safe for the athletes.

The Pioneers (37-12) will be the #1 seed and play the #4 seed Williston State (33-15) on Saturday at 1:00 PM. The event begins at 10:00 AM Saturday with #2 seed Bismarck State (31-8) will face #3 seed Dakota County Technical College (33-11).  The Pioneers won 3 of 4 against Williston State and Bismarck State. They did not play Dakota County Tech.

The losers of those games will face off in loser out action at 4:00 PM while the winners will play in the semifinal at 7:00 PM. There will be a loser out semifinal on Sunday at 12:00 PM and the championship is Sunday at 3:00. If the team coming thru the loser bracket defeats the undefeated team, there will be an If necessary championship game on Sunday at 12:00 PM.

No passes will be honored for this NJCAA Regional event. Admission will be $10 for adults each day and $5 for students (7-18). Admission is free for kids 6 and under.
