Miles City, MT - Game 1

The Pioneers faced Big Sky Baseball again on Sunday, September 16 and defeated them 10-1 in the first game.  

Jack Stead was on the mound for the Pioneers.  He allowed one hit and zero runs over three innings and struck out one. 

The Pioneers had 11 hits in the game.  Deklan Harper, Will Riley, Nate Bloxham, and James Martin each had multiple hits on the day.  Harper led the Pioneers, going 3-for-3 at the plate.   Bloxham had a home run in the third inning.

Game 2

Four pitchers combined in the second game of the day to throw a shut out.  Ty Jones got the final strike to close out the game.

Keith Manby got the start on the mound for the Pioneers.  He allowed two hits and zero runs over three innings and struck out five.  

MCC had ten hits in the game.  Jared Bellows and Nate Bloxham each had two hits to lead the Pioneers.

The Pioneers will be back in Billings, MT next weekend to take on Big Sky Baseball on September 22 & 23.
