(Miles City, MT) The Miles Community College Baseball team has announced that Jaxon Grogan will be joining the Pioneers for the 2019-2020 season.

Grogan is a 6'4" right-handed pitcher and outfielder from Parker, Colorado.  He attends high school at Legend High School in Parker, Colorado.

Jaxon is the son of Bryan and Stacey Grogan.  He is planning to pursue a degree in Agricultural Sciences while at MCC.

Grogan on attending MCC: "I chose Miles because I felt right at home when I met the team and coaches. They seem like a bunch of good guys. I think the good team atmosphere has helped them be very successful this spring, and I can't wait to be a part of it. I also feel that the school size will be a good fit for me. Fewer students and more one on one time will help me achieve my goals in the agricultural industry. I'm also an avid outdoorsman, and I think I will find others with similar interests at Miles."

Coach Brabant on Grogan: "Jaxon is a great get for us. He has some tremendous upside.  With his size and ability, I expect he will be a major factor for us. His talents don't stop on the field either as Jaxson is an exceptional student. He will fit very well within our Ag department on campus. We are excited to watch Jaxon grow in our program and see what he is capable of doing in our atmosphere. We look forward to seeing him progress this summer and walk on our campus this fall."
