
Pioneer outfielder/pitcher Lance Bratlien (Helena, MT) has been voted as the MVP of the MonDak Conference for the 2025 baseball season and 4 other Pioneers earned honors as the league announced it's postseason honors on Monday.
Coleman Parry (1B - American Fork, UT), Luke Wilson (C/RF - Calgary, Alberta), Luke Thorne (3B/SS - Missoula, MT) were 1st Team All-Conference selections and Cooper Morlang (2B - Rapid City, SD) was named to the Sportsmanship Team.
Bratlien (MVP) batted .381 for the season and had 19 home runs, 17 doubles, and 57 RBI. He led the conference in home runs and was 2nd in RBI. Bratlien played all 3 outfield postions and had 14 appearances on the mound as well. In 14 appearances, Bratlien had a 3-2 record and recorded 2 saves. He had a no-hitter during one of his starts earlier in the season. He has a 4.72 ERA with 51 strikeouts in 34.1 innings pitched.
Parry (1st Team) led the conference in batting with a .423 averaged and was 2nd in home runs with 13 while also leading the league in RBI with 61. He is the all time leader in home runs for the Pioneers with 30.
Wilson (1st Team) started the year as a catcher and then moved to rightfield. Wilson batted .412 for the season and had 10 doubles, 6 triples, and 5 home runs. He had 37 RBI for the season.
Thorne (1st Team) started the season at 3rd base and then moved to shortstop. He batted .294 for the season with 7 doubles, 3 triples, and 5 home runs. He had 37 RBI for the season.
Morlang (Sportsmanship Team) batted .354 for the season with 23 RBI.
The Pioneers finished the season 38-17.
