The Pioneers faced the trappers of Northwest College on Saturday afternoon in the Kailey Gymnasium.  The first half was very evenly matched, with the lead going back and forth between teams.  The second half started off much the same as the first, but the Trappers eventually wore the Pioneers out and MCC could no longer keep up.  Foul trouble also plagued the Pioneers with DA Wyche and Gedeon Buzangu both fouling out of the game.  The Pioneers fell, 66-77.

DA Wyche was the high scorer for the Pioneers with 20 points.  Jayvon Lewis added 11, and Akeemis Williams and Gedeon Buzangu both had 10 points in the effort.  Buzangu also led the team in rebounds with 12 to complete the double-double.  Issac Abergut led the team in assists with six.

MCC will be back on the court again on Friday, November 16 at 6:00 pm when they take on Little Big Horn.
