ABERGUT'S 20 POINT EFFORT NOT ENOUGH,  AS PIONEERS FALL TO GENERALS

(Sheridan, WY) The Pioneers fell to the Generals on Saturday evening in Sheridan, WY.  The Generals got off to a great start and the Pioneers weren't able to answer the hot shooting of Sheridan.  A 38-56 deficit at the half, grew in the second half of the game as the Generals continued to shoot the ball better than the Pioneers.   The Pioneers were unable to match the intensity and MCC ended up falling, 76-114.

Issac Abergut was the high scorer for the Pioneers with 20 points, followed by Deondre Northey  with 18 and Akeemis Williams with 16.  Abergut also led the team in rebounds with six.  Northey had four assists to lead the team. 

The Pioneers travel to Casper College to face the Thunderbirds on Thursday, December 6 at 6:00 pm.
