Deondre Northey (Las Vegas) scored 33 points and had 5 rebounds and Issac Abergut (Melbourne, Australia) had 21 points, 13 rebounds, and 4 assists as Miles CC rallied from a 6-point halftime deficit and outscored Sheridan 52-36 in second half for a 96-86 win in MCC's home opener at the MCC Centra. 

Gedeon Buzangu (Congo) had 16 points and 9 rebounds while Akeemis Williams (Las Vegas) scored 11 points. MCC won its 3rd straight game after dropping its season opener last weekend at the MonDak Conference tip off. The Pioneers shot 49% from the field on the night and hit 11 3-pointers in the win. MCC outrebounded Sheridan 42-41 on the night. 

Sheridan shot only 3-23 from 3 point range and were led in scoring by JaVon McClanahan with 28 points.
