Sophomore Guard Akeemis Williams (Las Vegas, NV) knocked down 6 3-pointers and scored 20 points to lead a balanced scoring attack and the Pioneers had a season high 32 assists as MCC ran away with a 122-86 win over the University of Providence Argos JV. The Pioneers hit a season high 16 3-pointers and shot 60% from the field in the victory. Issac Abergut (Melbourne, Australia) had 18 points, Jakim Ricketts (Livingston, MT) added 15, Gedeon Buzangu (Kinshasa, Congo) 14 points and 7 rebounds, Deondre Northey (Las Vegas, NV) 11 points and 9 assists, and Jayvon Lewis (Las Vegas, NV) had 11 points and 10 assists. 

Miles led by as many as 41 points in the 2nd half in a game that saw all 11 Pioneers that saw action score. MCC also outrebounded the Argos 46-30 on the night. MCC will be back in action next Saturday night vs. 9th ranked Casper College at home in Miles City. The game time has been changed to 7:00 PM accomodate the CCDHS Cowboy Football teams State Championship Game.
