Issac Abergut (Melbourne, Australia) hit for 22 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists while Gedeon Buzangu (Congo) added 20 points and 14 rebounds as Miles Community College ran its record to 8-2 on the season with a 98-85 win over Northwest College. The Pioneers used a big run in each half to secure its first road win of the season in Powell, Wyoming. After leading 51-42 at the half, the Pioneers bolted to a 20 point lead with 14 minutes left and never looked back. 

Favour Chukwukelu (Las Vegas, NV) came off the bench to score 21 points and Akeemis Williams (Las Vegas, NV) added 12 and Deondre Northey (Las Vegas, NV) 11 points as the Pioneers withstood a 43 point performance by Trapper Kyle Brown (New, New York) as the Trappers fell to 6-6. Jayvon Lewis (Las Vegas, NV) handed out 7 assists on the night. MCC hit 53% from the field and outrebounded the Trappers 45-28. The Pioneers will play in Sheridan, WY tomorrow.
