Three Pioneers Earn All MonDak Honors

Three Miles CC Men's Basketball players gathered MonDak conference All Conference honors in a press release sent out by the league office on Tuesday. 

Gedeon Buzangu (6'8 Forward, Kinshasa, Congo) was selected First Team while teammates Issac Abergut (6'6 Forward, Melbourne, Australia) and Deondre Northey (6'1 Guard, Las Vegas, NV) earned 2nd Team honors. 

Buzangu averaged 15 points and 12 rebounds a game during MonDak play. His 12 rebounds per game led the conference. He shot 52% from the field and 74% from the free throw line. For his career at MCC, Buzangu scored 878 points and grabbed 622 rebounds. 

Abergut averaged 14 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists a game in MonDak play. He was 4th in the conference in rebounding. Abergut shot 45% from the field and 76% from the FT line in confererence. For his career at MCC, Abergut scored 794 points and grabbed 453 rebounds. 

Northey averaged 16 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists per game in MonDak play. He shot 46% from the field and 71% from the FT line. In his Pioneer career, Northey scored 791 points.
