The MCC Pioneers came out of the gates strong building a quick 7-point lead 4 minutes in to the contest. Things went south from there as Casper outscored the Pioneers by 30 over the final 15 minutes of a half that seemed like nothing would go the way of the team in blue. 

Casper had 5 players reach double figures led by Nathanial Talich (6'4 Freshman) with 17 points (6-12 FG, 1-3 3's, 4-5 FT) off the bench. Darius Robinson (6'1 Sophomore) added 16 points (6-14 FG, 2-7 3's, 2-2 FT). Abdul Bashir (6'7 Freshman) had 14 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3's, 1-2 FT) and 7 assists. Josh Ijeh (6'11 Sophomore) added 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots. Jimma James added 14 points off the bench and Malyk Rebetez also had 7 assists. 

The Pioneers got 15 points (7-11 FG, 1-1 3's, 0-1 FT) from Koak Kok (6'7 Freshman) and 14 points (4-10 FG, 0-1 3's, 6-6 FT), 10 rebounds from Ethan Venema (6'7 Sophomore). Daniel Piech Meat (6'6 Sophomore) chipped in 10 points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3's, 2-2 FT) as did Payton Kokot (6'3 Sophomore). Kotot was 3-9 from the field and 1-5 from the 3-point line and 3-3 from free throw line.
