Coach DeLoach is entering his 6th season as an assistant coach. He spent his first two seasons at Miles Community College before taking a one year hiatus to coach at DCC. This is his 3rd year of round 2 at MCC. During his time at Miles, he was a part of the 2015-16 Region IX Final Four team that fell to National third place finisher, Gillette College.
A 2007 graduate of Harrison Central High School in Gulfport MS and 2007-09 DCC alum, Coach DeLoach got into coaching right away. He started at Terry Public School, where he was a middle school head coach for football and basketball. He then moved on to coaching as an assistant at Class A, Dawson County High School. After coaching under Wade Murphy for 3 years, he took an opportunity back at Terry High School as the Varsity Head Coach. In two years he led them to a 25-20 record and their first trip to the divisional tournament since 1988.
Coach DeLoach and his wife of 12 years, Johnna, the Clinic Manager of Prairie County Clinic in Terry, were married November 23rd, 2009. Their children include Macy (19), Alyssa (17), Mya (8), and Isaac "Deuce" DeLoach II (2).
