Pioneer Freshman Cruz McNulty from Biggar, Saskatchewan finished in second place in both rodeos last weekend at the Northwest College Rodeo in Cody, Wyoming.
McNulty had a ride of 66.0 in Rodeo 1 and rode 61.0 in Rodeo 2. McNulty was the only point getter on the men's side for the Pioneers on the weekend.
On the women's side of things, Lexi Johnson, a Freshman from Tremonton, Utah was the only point getter for the Pioneers. She placed 6th in Breakaway roping in Rodeo 1 with a time of 3.9.
MCC will be back in action this weekend when they travel to Dillon to compete in the UM-Western Rodeo.
