Cruz McNulty from Biggar, Saskatchewan had his 2nd big bareback riding weekend at the UM-Western Rodeo in Dillon, Montana.

The UM-Western Rodeo had 2 bareback rounds. McNulty finished 3rd in the first round (54.0) and then won the 2nd round with a 69.0. This earned the Pioneer cowboy a tie for first in the overall bareback average. 

The Pioneer rodeo team did not have any other point getters on the weekend. 

MCC received bad news in Dillon as Colten Steen was stepped on in the bareback competition and was bruised badly. He will miss the Dawson Rodeo. Riley Donnelly also dislocated a shoulder in the Saddle Bronc and will also miss the next rodeo. 

Next up for MCC is a trip to Glendive and the Dawson CC rodeo on Friday and Saturday.
