The Pioneers traveled to Powell, WY Friday to face the Trappers of Northwest College.  It was another slow start for the Pioneers.  MCC struggled with inconsistent shooting and the Trappers were able to out-rebound the Pioneers.  MCC took just a 30-25 lead into the half, but once again, were able to pull away in the fourth quarter to put the game away.  The final score saw the Pioneers get the victory, 69-48.

Bre Moea'i was the high scorer with 18, followed by Patrycja Jaworska with 14 and Dakota Dosch with 12.  Lucia Salazar led the team in rebounding with seven.  Claire Borot led in assists with three.

The Pioneers face Sheridan College in Sheridan, WY tomorrow at 2:00 pm.
