(Williston, ND) The Pioneers traveled to Williston, ND on Monday evening to face the Tetons.   The Pioneers did not have their best game and they couldn't get into any sort of a rhythm or get anything started.  Poor shooting and rebounding plagued MCC the entire game.  As a result, Williston State was able to hang around, with a halftime score of 28-25.  The Pioneers came to life late in the fourth quarter and finally put the Tetons away, defeating Williston, 58-45.

Bre Moea'i led the Pioneers with 16 points, followed by Kylee Meredith with 10.  Moea'i also led MCC in rebounds with seven.  Lucia Salazar had six assists to lead the team.

The Pioneers return home on Thursday evening to face the Jacks of Dakota College at 5:30 pm.
