(Bottineau, ND) Seven Pioneers scored in double figures, as MCC easily defeated the Jacks of Dakota College, 103-47, on Wednesday evening.  The Pioneers led from the beginning.  The score started to get lopsided early when Kylee Meredith hit three 3-point shots in a row to take the lead to 20-7 halfway through the first quarter.  MCC was rolling by halftime, with a score of 54-22 at the break.  The Pioneers continued their dominance throughout the second half, shooting an amazing 66% from three in the second half and 62% for the game.  It wasn't just one player that was on a hot streak, the entire team was putting on a 3-point shooting clinic, going 23/37 from beyond the arc on the night.  MCC's defense came out strong again, forcing 33 turnovers and scoring 47 points off of those turnovers.  The Pioneers remain the #19 team in the nation and improve to 26-0 on the season and 11-0 in the conference.

Patrycja Jaworska, Carmela Garcia, and Kylee Meredith each scored 15 to lead the Pioneers.  Bre Moea'i added 13, followed by Dakota Dosch with 11, Lucia Salazar with 10 and Kate Golovkina with 10.  Moea'i had seven assists to lead the team, followed by Jaworska with six.  Caitlyn Barkins pulled down seven boards to lead the Pioneers.  Moea'i also led in steals with five.

The Pioneers will return home for a Sunday game against Stone Child College in the Kailey Gymnasium at 1:00 pm.
