Pioneers 48... United Tribes 55

Kelanna McClain (Red Lake, MN) scored 19 points (9-18 FG, 0-1 3's, 1-3 FT) and grabbed 9 rebounds as the United Tribes Thunderbirds won 55-48 in a slugfest over the MCC Pioneer women on Sunday afternoon in Miles City, MT. Neither team could find the shooting touch and turnovers were aplenty in the MonDak Conference game. 

Tiara Flying Horse (McLaughlin, SD) was the only other T-Bird in double figures with 13 points (4-11 FG, 3-7 3's, 2-2 FT) and added 7 steals in the victory. 

Only one Pioneer found their way to double figures as Ella Paleaae-Cook (Brisbane, Australia) scored 13 points (4-6 FG, 3-5 3's, 2-4 FT) and also had a team high 9 rebounds.
