Pioneers 58... Rocky Mountain College JV 68
The Rocky Mountain College JV basketball team rolled in to the MCC Centra on Sunday afternoon and built a 28-point 4th quarter lead to stun the Pioneers and end MCC's 3-game winning streak with a 68-58 victory.
Rocky's defense held the Pioneer offense to just 2 field goals thru the 1st 16 minutes of the 2nd half and the Pioneers shot a dismal 20% in that half.
The Pioneers got 14 points (3-8 FG, 8-9 FT) from Reagan LaPlante (Miles City, MT) to go along with 5 rebounds. Tyann Graham (Glasgow, MT) added 12 points (3-12 FG, 2-8 3's, 4-5 FT) and Lainey Smith (Miles City, MT) also had 12 points (4-10 FG, 4-8 3's). Brae Eneboe (Conrad, MT) led the Pioneers in rebounding with 10.
Madison Blaney scored 14 points to lead 4 Bears in double figures.
