Miles City, MT - The Pioneers were in Devil's Lake, ND Wednesday evening to take on the Royals of Lake Region State College.  It was a close battle all the way through, but the Pioneers found themselves on the wrong end and fell to the Royals, 0-3.  The Pioneers played well in each set, but just weren't able to put enough together to get the win.  The set scores were as follows: 20-25, 21-25, and 21-25.

Samantha Bonenberger led the team in assists with 12.  Taylor Stahl had seven kills to lead the team.  Kailey Thomson led with 5 digs on the night.  Leah Aigner had seven blocks to lead the team and Tori Ogolin had three aces.

The Pioneers will make the trip from Devil's Lake to Bottineau, ND to take on the Jacks of Dakota College at Bottineau tomorrow night at 6:00 pm.
