Diegel on attending MCC: "I have always wanted to play college volleyball and also wanted to pursue a nursing career.   In the past year, I have attained the CNA license through MCC and am working part time at Holy Rosary. In the past two years I have really gotten to know Coach Soennichsen. I am excited about his commitment to the volleyball program.  Having the opportunity to play volleyball, study nursing and be close to family is the perfect fit for me."

Coach Soennichsen on Deigel: "Saige has a very high volleyball IQ.  She knows each end every position making her a great addition to the Pioneer Program.  I've had the opportunity to watch her since her sophomore year, and can't wait to see her elevate her game on and off the court."
