Bismarck State took the MonDak Conference lead with a 3-0 win over MCC Pioneers in Miles City. All 3 games were close in a hotly contested match between the league leaders.
Bismarck State won the first 2 games 25-22 each and then rallied from 2 game points in the 3rd game to win 27-25.
On the night for MCC (2-1 in MonDak), Olivia Easton (Billings, MT) had 8 kills, Matilda Dietz (Manhattan, MT) had 20 digs, Samantha Bonenberger (Billings, MT) had 24 assists, and Hailee Kuske (New England, North Dakota) had 3 blocks.
MCC will host Rocky Mountain College JV on Wednesday night at 7:00 PM in a non-conference match.
