Pioneer Volleyball Lands 2nd Player from Broadus

MCC Volleyball Coach Robin Cusimano announced that Mia Mader from Powder River High School in Broadus will be playing volleyball for the Pioneers in 2024. 

Mader is a 5'6 outside hitter/defensive specialist that helped the Hawks to the 2023 District and Divisional titles as well as a runner up finish at the State "C" Volleyball tournament in Bozeman. 

A 5-year letter winner in volleyball and basketball in Broadus, Mader was also an All-Conference and All-State selection this past season. She accumulated 101 aces, 363 digs, 404 kills this past season. She had 157 aces, 1,013 digs, and 779 kills in her Powder River career. 

Mader on why she chose MCC: "I felt completely welcomed by Coach Robin and the girls. I have been given a great opportunity to start my college volleyball career at MCC. The school is also in the area of schools I had hoped to attend. I look forward to playing for MCC and the great community."
