Pioneers 1... Jamestown JV 3 (19-25, 23-25, 25-20, 21-25)

The MCC Pioneer volleyball squad hopped on the bus Monday for a 3-game set in North Dakota. Game 1 at Jamestown JV did not go as the Pioneers had planned. The Jimmies jumped on the Pioneers early and MCC could not gain any traction and dropped the non-conference match 1-3 before back to back conference matches at NDSCS and Lake Region State. 

Kodiann Lynn (Simms, MT) had a strong night at the net with 20 kills and Bailey Nowicki (Miles City, MT) set the hitters up with 36 assists. Cameron Blevins (Shelby, MT) had 2 service aces. Bree Swanson (Chinook, MT) had 25 digs and Grace Gackle (Circle, MT) had 4 blocks. 

The Pioneers fell to 9-13 on the season and sit at 4-3 in MonDak Conference play (3rd Place) heading in to the upcoming conference matches. MCC will play at North Dakota State College of Science Tuesday night at 6:00 PM MST.
